Pure Energy, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced Journeyman Electrician in Solar Installations to join our team in Waco, TX. Electrical work in the Solar Industry is a rapidly growing career. Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
• Troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary under the direction of Master Electrician
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License
• Valid Texas Driver's license
• Follow/execute proper electrical standards set forth by Master Electrician
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience in solar PV electrical system installations
• Willing to occasionally travel within Texas to complete projects
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work well others in a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
• Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Preferred

• OSHA General Industry certifications
• NABCEP certifications
